On Easter day we went to church with Grandma and Grandpa Ketola and Grandma Callahan. After we went back to Grandma and Grandpa Ketola's house for dinner and an egg hunt.

Malachi really understood what to do this year! Every year we've had to take him by the hand and encourage him to pick up the eggs and put them in his basket. This year he took right off!

The final product! The kids had fun, but I can honestly say that I'm tired of eating different variations of hard boiled eggs! :)

Checking out the treasures after the hunt! We always open the eggs together and share the treasures inside!We also colored eggs this year. It was a perfect weather day so we did it outside. That way if there were any spills it wasn't a big deal!
Grandma Callahan found a it which allowed the kids to paint their eggs. It was VERY messy, but they seemed to enjoy it!
