On September 26th, I got to help throw a baby shower for my sister-in-law, Jenna and her fiance, Todd. It was a blast. I was in charge of centerpieces. I challenged myself to make a centerpiece for every table (14 of them) that was completely useful for the new baby. I didn't want to spend mega bucks on paper things that were cute, but would end up in the garbage. Everything turned out great and Jenna and Todd got a lot of nice items for their upcoming bundle of joy.Jenna and Todd looking at the present from my mom, sisters, and myself. Their changing table stocked with stuff. If you look closely you'll see that the bib says "I love my Auntie". Hmmm....I'm wondering who that could be from! :)
One of the cakes. Tiffany, Jenna's friend, had this made. It was adorable.

The diaper cake that I made for the gift table.
Okay...I cheated on this one. :) Baby Spahr got a start to his college fun thanks to those who unloaded the change from their purses and pockets.
My sisters, Janet and Brenda made this one. Baby food and spoons.
Wash cloth lollipops and mini bottles of shampoo and baby wash.
A special gif for the mommy to be.
A pacifier tree. 10 brand new pacifiers and two pacifier holders.
Baby food pyramid. 12 Jars of phase 1 baby food, two sets of spoons and forks.
Baby bottles filled with gourmet m&ms. Yum!
Special goodies for the daddy to be.
Basket of toys!
Pyramid of baby juice.
Sock flowers - 8 pairs of baby socks.
Balloons...okay...I needed another one and there was no more creativity. :)
Basket of bath supplies. Many different items including but not limited to bath toys, diaper ointment, bath wash, shampoo, powder, orajel, tooth paste and brushes, brush and comb set, fever reducer clothes, tylenol, Q-tips, teethers, washclothes, and more.
You are so creative! Everything looks terrific. I recognize that diaper cake and the uncomfortable-looking monkey. :)
